(1808-1875) Seventeenth President of the United States who came to office following the death of Abraham Lincoln.  A squabble with Stanton along with his Reconstruction policies led to an impeachment by Congress.

Document signed dated 12/1/1854 as Governor of Tennessee.  A State of Tennessee land grant of 200 acres to James Horn.

Elaborately framed with period engraving, fillets, and engraved brass I'd. plaque. Matted across middle of the document for some unknown reason (separated? Artistically trying to fill in the large blank spot on the deed?)

Price accordingly.
