Superb letter signed and dated 10/5/1847 to the King of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies (Ferdinand II) congratulating him on the birth of his nephew Philip Louis Maria, son of the Countess of Aquila. 
 

Signed by Victoria "Sir My Brother your Majesty's good sister Victoria R"  It was customary for Kings and Queens to refer to each other as brother or sister, even if there was no actual relationship, with rare original transmittal envelope.
